What differentiates us from other rental managers?

    1. We operate as a husband and wife team and pride ourselves on providing clients with a personalised, attention-to-detail service.
    2. We go out of our way to secure new tenants for our landlords. This includes showing properties after business hours (up until 8pm). We have found this strategy to be very successful in securing tenants that are unable to view properties on weekdays due to busy work lives. This can give your property an edge over the competition by finding someone to rent your property sooner and minimise the vacancy period.
    3. On top of our scheduled open for inspections, we will also attempt to arrange private inspections with each and every prospective tenant – the sooner they view the property, the sooner we can get a lease signed.
    4. We offer our clients the convenience of an online Owners Portal to view financials and other information such as routine inspection reports.
    5. We are experienced property managers and won’t get side tracked with sales because property management is all we do.
    6. Upgraded online marketing on RealEstate.com.au & Domain included as standard for new landlords.
    7. We include our in-house photography as standard.
    8. Competitive pricing while providing a high level of service.
