We work hard to maximise your rental yield

We constantly review market conditions to ensure we are negotiating the optimal weekly rent. We work after hours (until 8PM) to show your property to prospective tenants. Whether it’s achieving the optimal weekly rent for your investment property, minimising your vacancy period or considering the cost of maintenance from an investors point of view, you can be confident that we’re always working with your best interests in mind.

We source quality tenants

Every prospective tenant is carefully vetted before their application is presented to the owner for approval. We check a tenants rental history against a national tenancy database to identify any previous issues. Rental histories are also confirmed by contacting previous property managers. We obtain employment references to confirm a tenants affordability and financial position. We even conduct social media checks to gauge the character of an applicant.

Once an applicant has been screened and deemed suitable, the application is presented to the owner along with our recommendations for final approval. At About Property Management, we realise that sourcing the right tenant for your property is arguably the most important aspect of property management – we are thorough and you can put your trust in us.

Effective marketing strategies

We advertise rental properties on multiple media platforms to ensure full exposure to prospective tenants. We even pay to upgrade your listings on the major platforms at no additional cost to you – just one of the things we do to ensure vacancy periods remain low.
