Melissa is very experienced in all aspects of property management. She began her career in 2008 working for a national real estate brand. Over the years, she gained a vast amount of knowledge around property management and felt she had progressed as far as she could under another brand.
With her dedication to clients and drive to exceed expectations, she observed there was much room for improvement within the property management industry and knew it could be done better. This ultimately led her to launch About Property Management with her husband, Robert, in 2017.
Melissa is well versed in all aspects of property management. Her exceptional customer service, communication, organisational skills, knowledge of the RTRA Act, ability to multi task and work under the most stringent time constraints ensures all her clients receive the highest level of service at all times.

Robert’s passion to exceed client expectations and his existing desire to grow a business in the real estate sector, are what inspired him to launch About Property Management with his wife Melissa, back in 2017.
Prior to launching About Property Management, Robert owned and operated a trade business which proudly sustained a 5 star rating for over 8 years. His previous business experience combined with Melissa’s, who already excelled in property management, have proven to be a perfect mix and enabled About Property Management to provide service excellence at all times.
Robert consistently delivers his clients with the highest possible results and always provides outstanding customer service. His strong focus on customer satisfaction, along with his trade background, have proven to be very useful in property management.
